Another Holiday look… with Bambi fur print…

I have been wanting to post a look wearing Bambi fur print for a while, but I couldn’t find a leg warmer with deer fur print, so I decided to make it myself.

I am happy with the result as this is my first serious scultpy creation. I decided to give this leg warmer to my dear readers as a FREE GIFT. Because I have not been a good blogger for a while, and I always appreciate anyone who read my blog. Thank you everyone. I put it HERE (in the gift box).

Did you see bison?

So, I spent some time in SL today. I guess it’s more than the add up of the past two months. What did I do… shopping.. of course… 😛

I haven’t visited Stumblebum shops for a while, but I saw one of my note card has this fd shirt, so I deiced to buy it. When I visited fd, I was so surprised by many new releases (maybe not so new, but new to me). The Halloween avatars are amazing. Although Halloween is already gone (well I missed it), I still have to buy them. Among some great things I got from there, includes this beautiful skirt (it is part of a dress). The vest is today’s FLF item from Milk Motion. I just have to wear it immediately. It is beautiful…

I guess this look is good for a while… until next time…

ps. the two Stumblebum items I am wearing is only until the end of today… (and the two FLF items too) run…

Is October brown?

I am no longer reading the feeds, but I am sure these group gifts are blogged a lot. But since I just got them today, and I got a few hours to goof around, I decided to create a look.

There are always a lot of nice things happen in Second Life, however, how much I can participate? How much did I miss if I did not know them?

The more we know, the more we want. This is what I am thinking about today. As I can only devote less than an hour a week to Second Life now, I try NOT to know new releases, gifts, hunts, events… etc. In this way, I feel better about what I have missed (I don’t know, and I don’t want to know… :P). The same applys to everything in the life, I think…

Shadow test… I still hate viewer 2, so I might only use it when I want to take pictures with shadow… (or avoid it as much as possible :P)

The first picture is just plain without shadow and editing other than the frame. But the picture below is not only just shadow testing, but I also played with photo editing a little bit.

By the way, the shoes I wear is a pair of gorgeous design; it is one of the shoe that caught my eye in Shoe Fair. However, when there is shadow over, some toes looks darker (as you can see below). I am not sure if this is my rendering problem or the shoes. I love the design anyway.

from the sound

For some reason, sometime SL just doesn’t rez texture for me. Yesterday I finish this look, but the shoes texture didn’t load. So it was gray… 😦 I waited and waited and waited. Logged out and logged back in. Finally they showed up, but I ran out of time posting…
I guess be annoyed by SL is part of the game. 😛

The other day I want back to SWITCH sim so I stopped by NINIKO again. I told myself, if I can find the last bag, I would buy something from NINNIKO. I found it in a few minute :P. Maybe less lag helps. So I had a good excuse and shopping crazy there. The T-shirt was one of the clothes I bought.

tram gave out this very pretty group gift bag yesterday. Must have!!

Love love love this dress from tram and the new hair accessory from DP yumyum. But sometimes it just take me longer to put together an outfit for things I really love. I guess part of the reason is because I don’t want to make a fixed style for the clothes.

Nevertheless, I still go for a safe look. I saw the skin on the feed and find it fit well with the dress.

Very girly again.

I have been wanting to make an outfit for noju’s lace dress for days.  noju makes some of my favorite clothes, but sadly, it plans to close at the end of the month. I hope it will come back later.

There are too many nice things and my desire is endless. I thought SL fashion play can help me feel happier because I do not have this luxury in RL. However, after a while, I realize that it is endless…  No, SL does makes me feel happy about having so many clothes, but I am also unsatisfied with not getting everything in SL. 😛 I guess I have to learn to control my desire….

Spring’s breeze

Although it is not warm yet, I can feel spring is coming. Growing plants are my favorite part of spring. Spring is shorts, but it brings the message of coming summer.

I started this outfit with the skirt from LeeZu. It is one of the RFL item I got. Very light feeling. The sandals are from Gbberish’s sale. Gbberish has some nice and unique shoes. Don’t miss the sale if you like Gbberish.
