walking in my shoes

So… This post is a little different. I am a little late to post about Shoe Fair, but it runs until August 22, so there are still plenty of time to visit. I went there yesterday and today… two days… because my Internet won’t work for long. 😦

Anyway, I have many great finds this time and “donated” a lot… :p I bought much of the 100% donation shoes.

Here are some of the shoes I got from the Shoe Fair. I didn’t want to only post snap shots of shoes so I show them with these poses that created for shoes… They are awesome!

but I couldn’t find a nice bathroom to take my picture. Well… my own bathroom is still in renovation…never done 😛

Anyway, yes, I wear these shoes at home… and my parrots chew them up… lol…

Three in a row

Couldn’t believe I made three posts today. 😛

But… it is the Designers United Event again. I was going to wait for a few days to go, but have been seeing too many beautiful things from other blogs, and I really want to try them myself… so I couldn’t wait and joined the crowd… 😛

I think the biggest benefit of the event is to “collect” special-made things. I would suggest designers make things as no copy and transferable, so people who missed the event can still have a chance to get them, if someone wants to sale theirs.

Recently, I have been thinking about how I “play” SL fashion. I think it is a little like a game for me. To collect clothing is like collecting something in a game. The difference is that there is no ending for the SL fashion game. However, my pocket might be empty soon. 😛

Re: Three little things

I have seen many other bloggers respond to the three little things challenge.

So, to give myself a good excuse to blog again…. and to find something I really like in my inventory… I tried the challenge.

First of the three things I choose is the turtle neck from UnTone Quilt (…can only see a little part of it from this look… :P) (Unfortunately it is no longer available…. I really wish they will come back someday.)

Second one is the sweater from EkoEko (also not available now). There is another sweater from EkoEko I really like, but I choose this one because it is fun. 🙂

The third one is JUNWAVE’s shell snail hair. JUNWAVE is one of my favorite hair store, and this hair is the one I like the most from the store.

Interestingly, the things I like the most are all old things. Other things I am wearing are also among my top picks of favorite things, but if I can only choose three things I cannot part with, these are the three…. I think… (Really? how about other 1001 favorite things? 😛 )

Black lady

I always wonder why black, but it is certainly a good thing comes to black Friday.  I am shopping mad today (in SL of course).

The shoes from M+M are definitely one of my favorite shoes now. They are so elegantly made.

un Jour gave this beautiful feather decoration as group gift a few days ago. It might still be in group notice.

Can I fly?

Everyone is wearing crows. They are the hottest things this week.

I personally think that the Designers United Event is one of the smartest events. Because  I can get special and well made things, and it is a good opportunity for designers to sell. For the first and second events, I am so far satisfied with all the high quality products.

I didn’t plan to do this post today, but …. my dear friend elka sent me these cute feather shoes. Oh…. they make me want to fly… :P. Big thank you to elka. ❤

I am so happy to receive gifts. Recently, I have been thinking about my blog. I started this blog mainly to record things I love in Second Life. I have chosen not to do review post like a lot of other blogs. One reason is that I don’t think I am good at reviewing things. The other is that nobody knows me anyway. But maybe I should consider some changes (if anyone think that I would look good in their clothes :P). I don’t know… I am still thinking…. but there is not much chance I would have this dilemma often, since I think I only have five readers :Q.  I will change my blog about page and my SL profile to reflect my thoughts.

Anyway, I try to only wear a few items from the event, because they are allover the feeds, but there are still many here. They go well with each other no matter how you chose to wear. And last but not the least, I love the new lamb hair. 🙂

I have being in love with un Jour and the embryo sim.

After long waiting, new embryo sim is opened. And… un Jour has new shoes and dress out.

So, of course I went visited and took some pictures.

another casual and fun hunt

This should be another casual Sunday post, but I couldn’t wait :P.

NINIKO, one of my favorite store, has moved to SWITCH sim, and there are many new things. I love the new store and new sim. Another nice place for shopping. Marshmallow is free from the sim.

Another thing I did was the Avatar Crossing hunt. It is the funnest hunt I have ever participated (well, I just said that to the poop hunt a few days ago :P). But it is very different and fun. A lot like playing an RPG game and asking for helps. The bread is free from the sim. Too much fun and too much to eat. 😛

I guess that this is for this weekend. I need a break from SL again.  (wait… but I still have many hunts to do… )

not winter yet

It is the end of summer, not winter yet. Why is it so cool recently?

So I feel like to wear something warm and simple, and hide at home. So I have my avatar showing outfit today :P.

One of my favorite store, DP yumyum, has new hairs out. Love them <3. Especially the demos @_@ !

The demo hairs are so cute, and each of them are different. I think they are  wearable demos if your head size fit. Unfortunately my avatar has a huge  head, so cannot show it here. By the way, there are 10L$ bow hair accessories for group members.

The Kookie shoes have been blogged a lot, but maybe it is not available now. I hesitated to wear it, because it makes me feel painful on my feet (even just look at it). So I give it to my avatar :P.

Finally, Mother Goose’s skin. The one my avatar is wearing is very dolly. Have to thanks Beanie for blogging a lot about Mother Goose. And of course, thanks to Mother Goose for the nice free gifts and lucky boards.
